Job DescriptionCACI has an exciting opportunity for a Sr.
Systems Administrator to join a newly created team in support of the DoD in Hanover, MD!What You'll Get to Do:
As a Senior System Administrator, you will provide installation, configuration and maintenance support to an enterprise middleware solution.
You will join and work as part of a high-profile operations team that deploys and maintains a variety of GOTS, COTS and FOSS products to Linux-based systems across the enterprise.
In this role, you and the team will provide 2nd tier production and staging support for the software infrastructure.
You'll Bring These
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a technical discipline and 10 years Systems Administration experience.
Additional experience may be substituted for degree.
Current TS/SCI Poly clearanceThis position requires one of the following baseline certifications to qualify such as A
CE, CCNA-Security, Network
CE, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security
CE, CASP
CE, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH5 years Linux/Unix systems administration experience.
Experience with installing, configuring, and supporting software on VMware hosted Linux systemsExperience installing COTS software applications on Linux platformsExperience troubleshooting software deployed to Linux/Unix systemsThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Ability to understand and troubleshoot existing bash and Perl scriptsUnderstanding of centralized authorization servicesUnderstanding of and troubleshooting of Enterprise Firewall rulesExperience with clustering software (eg, Red Hat Clustering Service (RHCS), Pacemaker)Knowledge of local and SAN-based storage systemsExperience deploying systems via Ansible and/or PuppetExperience providing focused expertise to mission application usersExperience reading, writing and implementing standard operating procedures and technical documentation.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
