Director of Talent Acquisition

Overview
KeyW Corporation is currently seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting efforts and initiatives. The successful candidate will lead our recruiting team of more than 20+ recruiters, and will effectively leverage internal and external resources to ensure they are properly allocated to support each critical business need.
Location: Hanover, MD & Herndon, VA
Responsibilities
As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that enhance the organization. Lead and manage all talent acquisition activities. Leverage social networking and other cutting edge recruiting technologies and tools to connect with a broad and diverse talent network. Partner with Sector VP's and Division Leaders to provide strategy and support for talent acquisition solutions including: Employment Branding, Candidate Experience, Employee Referral Program, Intern Programs, College/University Relations, and onboarding. Work with business and human resource leaders to assess future skill requirements and develop appropriate talent recruiting strategies to aid the business in acquiring the requisite skills and capabilities. Develop and implement metrics on recruiting. Work closely with Business Development to implement recruiting strategies for new business and proposal pursuits.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 16+ years of related experience or 18+ years of related industry experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
The ability to provide high level and detailed metrics, such as time to fill, cost per hire, recruiting stats (recruiting's, contingents, direct placements, offer declines)
Advanced knowledge in recruiting techniques:
Social media mining, people aggregators, trends and complex boolean logic searches
Strategize on pipeline, branding, diversity and marketing
OFCCP compliance and metrics
Performance reviews, development, accountability and empowerment
Redeployment
Budget forecasting and accountability
Ability to work with the Executive Leadership Team

Clearance
Clearance Requirement: This position requires a Top Secret security clearance.Clearance will be completed by the U.S. Government.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
